General Terms and Conditions

All items other than the Steel Camellias are wrapped in luxury packaging. No charge is made for this service.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment. Once payment has been made you will receive a receipt for the payment by email. We accept payments using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta. Payments are handled independently by Nochex . Please note that payment made to Cura Vie will show on your statement as Nochex. We reserve the right to refuse to take a credit card from a bank considered unacceptable to us.

Ownership of the goods will pass to you as soon as we have received full payment of the price of the goods.

Orders can be cancelled only until the goods have been dispatched.

On occasion, an item may require individual ordering and will take longer to despatch. We will advise you if this is the case.

Should you wish to return an item, it must be in pristine condition, unused, in its original packaging and within 14 days of receipt. Please provide full details with your return, carefully repack the item and contact us for return address. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover, as we do not accept responsibility for goods that are either lost or damaged in transit. Please allow 28 days for any refund to be processed.

All sizes are approximate and may vary as many items are handmade. Descriptions and specifications are correct and accurate at the time of uploading, however we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, reliable, up to date and otherwise error-free.
